RED HALO by Manish Gupta is an indo-french collection of homewear based in Benaras (Varanasi - India).
We are using traditional artcrafts techniques with a very contemporary eye for Table linen, Bed linen and home accessories.
Several stories are displayed in each line with a constant inspiration from Uttar Pradesh and from the borders of River Ganga.
The ranges of colours is an harmony of spiritual shades with all kinds of reds, brown, orange and pink contrasting with all greens, blues and purple emphasizing the peacock, symbol of India.
Fabrics and embroideries are manufactured in our own workshops respecting all ecological values.
Our key point is our embroidery workshop where we can express our creativity with a "couture" rigorouness using all kind of traditional techniques like Resham Zardozi, Aari or Dabka.
Products are thought with a luxury eye with particular emphasis on cut and fabric, aimed at a sophisticated clientele.
Creativity in our company is the combination of two designers, Manish Gupta from Benaras and Laurent Goldstein from Paris.
RED HALO by Manish Gupta is definitively a comptempory vision of interior and homewear for an international scene.
"Through our collections we manage to teach several jobs to people who were living with difficulties.
Our workshop became a shelter for many amoung us; it is a place where most of the time people are smiling and feeling secure.
Whenever we manage to hire a new person in our team, then it saves one family.
Therefore everyone is very happy to work on your orders which allow us to carry on and to send our workers kids to school, to provide houses to people who were in the streets and to give them hope and faith in a better future.
This is why behind each product, each worker has been giving of his best, with his heart and his love in order to provide that luxury touch to the item that you will purchase.
Copying our product is against this social work that we are doing, if you are copying us then our workers might have to go back to the streets.
This is the reason why we are and we'll always fight against those who have been or will be copying our designs.
However we remain opened to anyone for styling advices.
